EN - I wish to postpone / cancel my reservation

This article applies to those who wish to postpone or cancel their reservations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Please send us your cancellation request by email via hello@chez-nestor.com as soon as possible. Please note that you will still owe any rent due if the room is reserved under your name. The only way to cancel your rental is to contact a member of the team and for them to end your rental contract.

Case 1 - You have reserved a bedroom that's available in the future. 

If you reserved a room available in the future, that means that your rent has not begun yet. In this case, Chez Nestor will fully reimburse any rent you've paid in advance as well as the security deposit. Please contact our team immediately via hello@chez-nestor.com in order to cancel your reservation before any rent is due. 

Case n°2 - The date of availability of your room has passed, however, you haven't picked up your keys yet. 

In this case, a part of your rent is already owed, and you have perhaps already paid it. Chez Nestor will reimburse the part of the rent that is not owed (the non consumed rent), as well as the security deposit. Please contact our team immediately via hello@chez-nestor.com in order to cancel your reservation and stop rental payment. 

Case n°3 - I have already picked up my keys 

In this case, you will have to put an end to your contract via a check-out, this situation does not constitute a reservation cancellation. You can register your check-out urgently following these instructions.

You wish to postpone your arrival 

In any case, if you wish to change your arrival date, you do not need to warn us straight away, however, you'll be required to pay the rent by latest the 1st of each month from the date of availability. It is unfortunately not possible to suspend rental payments, as explained in this article, as the bedroom remains blocked for only you. However, if you wish to suspend your contract for a long period of time, you can cancel your reservation/ end your contract, and Chez Nestor will offer a discount of 200€ on your next reservation in 2021 ( see conditions below) 

A discount of 200€ for returning customers

Chez Nestor understands the difficulties of the current situation, and that it affects us all on a daily basis. With that in mind, our team would offer you exceptionally a 200€ discount to the next service fee if : 

  • You leave your accommodation between the 29th October and the 29th November 2020
  • If you move back into a Chez Nestor accommodation in the same city as before between the 1st of January and the 1st of March 2021.

*A minimum fee of 190€ will apply to the new reservation, this offer can not be used with other promotional offers on course.
