EN - I want to temporarily leave my accommodation

This article applies to you if you wish to temporarily leave your accommodation, whether or not you wish to leave belongings behind during your absence.

Two options are available if you wish to temporarily leave your accommodation:

Option 1 - Leave my accommodation temporarily

If you wish to come back in the same room, in the same accommodation, you have no specific procedures to follow. You can simply come and go from your accommodation as you please without informing us. If you are alone in the flatshare, please check all is in order before leaving:

Windows and doors are locked
Fridge and freezer(s) are empty
Bins are empty
Water and gas are cut off
All lights, heating, and electronic devices are switched off

During your absence, whatever the duration, the rent and the charges will still apply, and must be paid at latest the 1st of each month via your personal account.

Option 2 - Leave my accommodation and return in early 2021

Given the circumstances, if you wish to leave your current accommodation and make a new reservation in early 2021, Chez Nestor will exceptionally offer you a 200€ voucher to use on your next service fee*.

If you leave your current accommodation between the 29th of October and the 29th of November 2020.
If you move into another Chez Nestor accommodation within the same city as your first rental between the 1st of January, and the 1st of March 2021.

*A minimum service fee of 190€ will apply to the new reservation, this offer can not be used with other offers on course.
