• Pour ouvrir la porte de la rue et la porte du hall, utilisez le badge électronique ou le code 4736 (pour la première) et le code 1984 (pour la seconde). Prenez l'escalier ou l’ascenseur, votre appartement se situe au 2ème étage, porte à gauche.
• To open the main door use code 4736 and code 1984 to open the hall door. You can also use the electronic chip. Take the stairs or the elevator, your apartment is on the 2nd floor, door to the left.

COURRIER | MAIL

• Une gardienne distribue le courrier dans votre boite aux lettres tous les jours. Pour bien recevoir vos lettres et colis pensez à indiquer "chez Alex Thomas" sur vos envois. A votre arrivée dans l'immeuble, présentez-vous à la gardienne même si vous ne parlez pas la même langue. Elle s'appelle madame Boadla et sa loge se situe au rez-de-chaussée dans le hall d'entrée de l'immeuble. 
• The building manager distributes the mail in your mailbox everyday. In order to make sure to receive your mail and parcels remember to write "chez Alex Thomas" on your address descritpion. When arriving in the building, introduce yourself to the building manager, even if you do not speak the same language. Her name is madame Boadla and her lodge is located at the ground floor in the entry hall.

CHAUFFAGE | HEATING

• Radiateurs à eau chaude | Hot water radiators : allumer le chauffage sur la chaudière puis régler dans chaque pièce avec le robinet / turn on the heating system on the boiler then settle in each room with the tap.
